this time of season, statistics don't mean a damn thing. Fact of the matter is, St Johns is a very good team who is finally finding ways to win games against great teams. They are not only trying to gain respect, but work for a higher seed in the tournament. This is the same exact scenario last night with UNC/FSU. UNC seemed like the obvious pick, and they had that game locked down if it wasnt for some stupid plays. Take St. Johns tonight and don't let people sucker you into the whole "let down, home team dog" bullsh_t

Yea but the last time they played here was in 09,07,06,05, and so on what I'm saying this is a completely diff team from those years diff players don't let that affect ur choice take the hot team who has something to play for

If you are playing Seton Hall in this game, there are two reasons why.

1. You don't watch much Big East basketball

2. You think the public is always wrong on games they bet this heavily, well that is just not the case.

Somebody on here mentioned that this line resembled the KU vs K-state a few weeks ago. And although it does, there is one BIG different K-State has a lot of talent and plays very solid defense... neither of those things can be said for Seton Hall.

St. John's is the play tonight, period.

Yea I do think s.hall will play hard feels good to ruin another teams chances but tonite st j will be playing w heart and as hot as they are you just can't fade em. Ok s.hall kept it close and hung w uconn n villa. But st j blew out villa and uconn underdogs at that in both those games. I don't see s.hall having no chance until st j will prove me wrong I'm riding w them

Remember on Sunday when Purdue was -1 to Michigan State? How many people you think got scared out of playing that game because the line looked odd. Same as earlier in the year when Wisconsin was -1 at Northwestern. Wisconsin won by 20 plus points. Don't over think things. Trust your first instinct because usually you end up talking yourself out of a win.

Very well said postal warrior. This is not a trap line blah blah blah, St. Johns is definitely the play here, and definitely the better team. If Seton Hall gives them a run for their money, or even wins this game, it won't because because Vegas trapped me or some BS, it will be because St. John's couldn't shoot the basketball, and Seton Hall got hot shooting.... And then if they played tomorrow night again at Seton Hall, I'd bet St. John's again.

Great NBA example in that Knicks game last night, some 80% of the betting public was on the Knicks to handle the Hornets, and they destroyed them.

People get terrified of the almighty Vegas oddsmakers... the same ones I punish each year in the first two rounds in the NCAA Tournament when I travel to Vegas to make easy money.

Seton Hall here. I like the reverse line movement and the trend in favor of the Hall ATS against the Johnies at home. If it looks to easy, it probably is. G/L Should be a great game
