Doesn't take a genius to realize that Purdue @ home is $$$. But some don't like laying DD, or find that in certain situations its better to play the 1H (ME).
Boilermakers are 9-1 ATS @ home and 11-4 ATS in Conf. play.
Boilermakers are 4-0-1 ATS in their last 5 games as a favorite of 7.0-12.5.
Boilermakers are 5-0 ATS in their last 5 games following a S.U. win.
Fighting Illini are 1-3-1 ATS in their last 5 vs. Big Ten.
Fighting Illini are 0-3-1 ATS in their last 4 games vs. a team with a winning S.U. record.
Purdue defeated ILL 81-70 on Feb. 13th and will try to sweep again. Even with the revenge factor on ILL side, i feel that Boilermakers have too much of an advantage playing @ home. The Illini have been playing better lately beating Iowa 81-68. I just don't see this Purdue team coming out flat today, when they played in Illinois they were trailing by 5 @ halftime. I'm sure they don't wanna do that @ home, especially since it will be their last this regular season. With 2 conf. games left Purdue still has a chance @ 1st place, they'll be fired up and ready to go.

The average score was ILLINOIS 36.7, OPPONENT 30.5
Just so u know... that 1 loss came when i had Ohio-St 1H -6.5 as my POD. not backin off here either...just wanted everyone to know what they're up against.
