Opinions on Illinois +9 @ Purdue ???????

Purdue is 15-0 at home.....Notre Dame was 16-0 at home before tonights game and we all know what happened.I cashed Purdue +1.5 at MichSt the other day and plan to bet them again....JJ is a beast inside for Purdue and the big fella can knock down the 3

Notre Dame was on Senior night as well. You are right about that crowd though. I think that is one of the hardest places to play in the country, and they should be pretty damn loud tomorrow with all their seniors.

I thought Purdue would be -9.5 or -10 so im happy with -8.5....will buy the hook down to -8.....i wonder which way this line will move...i can see it moving to Purdue -9

Why buy the hook ?

I can understand on lines around 2-4, but when you get to the 8-9 area you are pretty much banking on a 12pt+ win margin. Never understood people paying -120 for a half point on totals either. That one really throws me for a loop.

I am not sure he is such a loser, but I guess for this team to be "on the bubble" it throws up some warning flags.

While you might think Illinois can jam the lane with 3 7-footers in Titsdale, Davis, and Cole, they are notoriously foul prone when playing legit big men like JuJuan Johnson. Add to that McCamey has basically checked out, and E'Twaun Moore and JuJuan Johnson are playing on senior night against a team they already beat on the road, I'd take Purdue.

where can i find a place that shows injuries and if players will play or not? on espn it says he will play his next game against perdue. i have a site for NBA but need one to check who is playing and not playing in this game before i put my bet in

www.collegeinjuryreport.com is one, but they don't list DJ on there. Bruce Webber mentioned it in a response to a question asked by a reporter.

be careful with the ohio st game, last time the played PSU they only won by 3 and that was at home, now they are playing AT PSU and they are -6.5?? i dont know about this. this may very well be their THIRD loss for the season IMO...

no way...sullinger gonna have huge game banging down low....does penn state have a legit big man to slow him down? I know Battle can get hot and he loves throwing up 3s all game and when hes not on penn state really starts to struggle

Illinois is so predictable: they never press, rarely do they fast break at all. They have the players that can do both, and they also have a pretty deep bench. Bring back Lou Henson!

Illinois has been a disappointment and Purdue has convinced me. Early in the season, I had the opposite impression of both these teams (and it eventually cost me). Illinois' home win against Iowa means nothing to me. The two games I'm looking at are the loss at Michigan State and the blow out at Ohio State. Illinois has turned out mediocre, especially on the road. Purdue is the real deal, especially at home. They can win out and have a shot at the Big 10 regular season title. They know Ohio State has a test tonight at PSU, and that game will be starting as the Purdue game is ending. Last home game at Purdue. It's going to be loud. Purdue rolls tonight.
