I have watched over 300 basketball games this year figured i would try to build some money up before the madness. I will give my input on the games i bet, i wouldnt advise to follow but i read all of your post everyday i figured i would start posting mine-
Pitt over Louisville- I hate pitt for the record but i think they are a senior lead team gearing up for a deep run. I love there guard play and how they get after it on defense and Siva is the kind of point guard that will really struggle against pitt. He is out of control alot of times, he has the worst points per play of all point guards in the big east. Louisville is athetic but with Wannamaker and Gibbs on the manning the wings- things will be held in check. Terrance Jennings is a decent pro prospect, but as gritty as Pitt plays down low, i also think he will be held. Pitt is a much much better rebounding team than Lousiville they average 5 more a game and give up 3 less. They also shoot alot more free throws. The Pitt defense can frustrate any team in the country. Im not sold on Lousiville and I think Pitt is a great disiplined team who was lost 2 games in the last 2 months 1 of, to a St. Johns team that is unstopable right now who's flame i think will burn out soon. Im riding Pitt tommorow, i hate them for beating my nova squad, but i think there one of the best teams in college basketball and def. the most consistant.
Uconn over Cincy- Kemba Walker will do what he wants tommorow, there is no one of pitt that can guard him. I think Cincy will be 1 and done come march. I watched them play Vilanova and West Virginia and there hard on the eyes to watch. They don't have any pro prospects- you could argue Gates but in my personal opinion you won't see him in a nba jersey. But as for tommorow, the better team is getting the points here no doubt about it. Its time for Uconn to make there run im still not sold that there a sweet sixteen team but i can promise you they are better than Cincinati. There isnt a single team on joe's bracketology i wouldnt take over pitt 1 through 16 on a neutral court. UConn averages 4 more rebounds and 3 more blocks than the bearcats, that combined with the Point guard matchup which is huge, i think Uconn rolls here. This is my play of the day.
Dayton over Xavior- I think Xavior is a really good team dont get me wrong- but bad spot. Dayton has to have this win, they will get big games from Johnson and Wright, and Holloway has a tendacy to take some bad shots on the road and i dont think there will be any second oppurtunitys against dayton. I feel like Dayton should be favored here at home in the key game for them. Im riding them because of the two fowards and hoping Holloway doesent go ham on them.
thanks for reading good luck to everybody tommroow i spent 4 hours handicaping these games hit me back- u dont got to follow just my opinions i would like to hear yours.
