Pearl's not going anywhere, that was decided the day he was busted and none of his recruits decommitted. You need NBA talent and mcdonalds all americans to fill Thompson-Bolling Arena, not perimeter-oriented princeton offense running 2 stars who "play the game the right way."

Really? He tainted the program that drew 5000 fans a game in a 24,000 seat arena during the Wade Houston, Kevin O'Neil, and Buzz Peterson eras? He tainted the program that watched Uncle Jed Green roll the ball out for pickup style slop games and tell the fans to go hit the KMart if they didn't like it. That program?

Pearl committed a couple of very minor violations. It was no big deal as evidenced by the NCAA's stance on Cal this week. He unfortunately lied about it and that is a big deal. Just like Watergate the lies and coverups are always worse than the crimes.

brother, Ive got news for you. The UT program has been tainted for quite some time and Bruce Pearl did nothing to hurt it. Most everyone knows that UT is known for being crooked

OH please, everyone knows the special treatment UT received from Roy Kramer during the fat phil days. Like when they turned a blind eye to the Eric Locke recruitment from the campus of UA and instead focused on busting bama for Albert Means. Last I checked UT is in the news more for cheating than Bama.
