Rick, i considered it, as it would've made for a nice middle, but my rationale from the outset was that MSU/Minn would struggle to reach 110, and the 1H did nothing to change my mind. MSU struggles against a zone because of their lack of three-point shooters, and will Green not 100% because of flu, their biggest weapon against the zone (Green in the high post) wasn't at full capacity. Minnesota is plain awful on offense since they were forced to switch Hoffarber to point.

the only upside was that it's not as if i had to keep paying attention to it. i chalked it up as a loss by 7:30 and just moved on. i'm struggling ATS and beginning to wonder if i shouldn't take your advice and just stick to totals....but that would be the quitter's way (you know, like La Salle).
