I expect the Spartans to win this outright. Minnesota's done, without Nolen they've got nothing but Hoffarber and a bunch of defensive specialist big men.

I agree. MSU is back to outrebounding opponents (won rebounding battle by double digits in past 3 games). I dont think this team has given up on Izzo and Minny isn't very good if Hoffarber isn't playing lights out. I think MSU's toughness will force the action elsewhere where they have the advantage with Kalin Lucas and company. Only problem is Minny is very long and can be tough to score on inside with all that length.Comment -

He was sick on Saturday too, nothing new. He will definitely play, just a matter of how effective he will be. Izzo said yesterday he was feeling better. I have been following MSU my whole life and this is the 4th time I've bet one of their games this year, second time I've backed them. If you have not been watching Minny since Nolen went down you really don't understand how different they are.Comment
