Whats up! Went 2-2 yesterday posting my picks. Memphis decided not to show up. They looked horrible. So today I have 3 picks. Might add one more tonight depends on how these 3 play out.
Ohio State +1 110/100
KEY MATCHUP - PURDUE OFFENSE VS OHIO STATE DEFENSE
I feel like this is a bad matchup for Purdue. Ohio State has more size with Sullinger and Lauderdale. Ohio State should dominate rebounding as well as inside points in the paint. That being said, Purdue will have to rely on their perimeter shooting. I just don't see Purdue getting to many offensive rebounds or easy buckets. Also, Ohio State does a pretty good job guarding the perimeter. The only way I can see Purdue winning this game is if they shoot lights out from 3 cause points in the paint will be at a premium. A big road win today will surely give Ohio State the number 1 ranking come tomorrow when the polls come out.
St Bonaventure +9.5 110/100
KEY MATCHUP - RICHMOND OFFENSE VS ST BONAVENTURE DEFENSE
I like the way St Bonaventure has been playing lately. They have played well on the road this season (6-5). On the flip side Richmond has not been playing to good as of late. In thier last game at Temple, they were blown out 73-53. A poor offensive showing for the Spiders. I feel like St Bonaventure will have the rebounding edge here. The Bonnies also defend the 3 very well and I think if they can keep Richmond in check from beyond the arc they shouldn't have a problem covering this spread. I believe 9.5 points is too much. Especially with the current form of these two teams.
Wisconsin -12 110/100
This is a good spot for Wisconsin. I think they give a good effort today with revenge on their mind after losing at Penn State a couple weeks ago.
