I would've guessed he's a Vegas Beard / Pinnacle / Greek / Bookmaker kind of guy...

Kind of interesting looking at the line moves associated with the Kansas game being discussed, particularly Legends, Pinnacle, and then the square shops. Doc describes the scenario to a T.
