This is a typical revenge game and Vegas usually has the hometeam (out for revenge) FAVORED in these spots.

Either Clemson wins by 6+ or NC State pulls an upset, so the points are pretty useless imo.

I'm actually small on the ML for NC State just to see if it actually happens.
