I bought a package from them and if the capper loses during that time period they refund you money. Well low and behold he lost and now Pick Monitor will not refund the money, what a scam. Stay away from that site. Any questions let me know.

No, you didn't buy a package from pick monitor, you bought a package from one of the handicappers that's listed on pick monitor. big difference.
