If youre talking about college of charleston I would lay the points. Cremins is a great coach and they beat them by 21 a month ago. It is a rivalry so you never know but i think C of C is the play.Comment -

CoC is surely capable of winning by 15+, Citadel has not shown much lately.
But needing to win by 10 on the road is always risky.
