After getting burned by UCLA three times this season I decided to take Oregon State as a 11.5 underdog today.
UCLA has let teams cover after having huge double digit leads late in games all year.
In this game UCLA was up 21 with about 7 minutes to go. UCLA was then up 16 with a minute and a half to go in the game and only won by 8! WTF. I'm happy I won my wager but it's ridiculous because I have already been on the other side of this multiple times this season.
Up 14 with about a minute to go in the game and UCLA puts in their backups who promptly turn the ball over twice leading to easy layups for Oregon State. Even when Oregon State was missing shots in the final two minutes, UCLA was traveling and carrying the ball.
Unbelievable.
