I like the Spartans in a chance to knock off a conference team with the same record as them, 5-6. State as done pretty well on at home this year thus far with a 9-2 home record. As for Penn State they are pathetic 1-6 on the road. Although these teams look pretty even on paper when taking a glimpse at each others record but thats mainly because the Spartans are also 1-6 on the road this season.
It shows that these two teams just cannot get it done when away from the campus but have some success at home. I'd give the edge to the Spartans when it comes to points per game but the edge and the home court will give their defense a boost on defense also.
