Looking to Tease 9-1 on Teasers YTD

Doing some research for my teases tonight a couple I'm looking at as 4 team teasers:

at a 4 point teaser +10 points:

memphis +12.5
unc +20
rutgers +16
texas am +13.5
dayton +12.5
la salle +16.5
georgetown +14.5
Louisville +14
Air Force +20

What are your guys thoughts on which ones at these spreads are stone cold locks and any other games I should check out.

Right now I am loving UNC, Memphis, and Dayton so I need a 4th that I'm not shaky about. Thanks for any help guys Best of luck.
