watching Sparty the other night against Iowa, can't recall a Tom Izzo team ever looking so devoid of an identity and confidence. Izzo's teams always start with defense and rebounding. the defense is uncharacteristically bad (esp against 3PTs), and the boards are decent but bolstered by how bad the team's shooting is. they're still physical, but without much of a purpose, and can't even convert their FTs when their physical play gets them to the line. i can't imagine a worse place to visit when a team's in bad form than the Kohl Center.

20-19-1 -5.3u to date. lean over in OSU/Minn, under in FSU/UNC, still thinking on those.

i think that i might pass on both OSU/Minn over and FSU/UNC 1H under. there is a ton of money coming in on the OSU under, all the way down to 134, and although it's super bowl weekend, it's hard to believe that the OSU/Minn total is a heavily-bet play for the public. that was today's only keep up game.

MSU/WISC 2H under may be worth a look. Wisky 2H under always worth a look at home when they're playing this well. they choke teams out.

2H MSU/Wisky under 66 tempting. only moves the game total by 11, but it's hard to see Sparty getting 50 the way that this game is going.

i'm on Pack and the under. 4* on GB, 3* on the under. i think it's a 20-13/23-16/23-10 type game, and i think that Rodgers' accuracy against the blitz and Stillers' o-line issues will decide the game. to be fair, i am a bit biased - i despise the Stillers (although i did go to school with Mike Tomlin and he's a good dude). BOL to you today.

on those, i think it's Fairfield by 2 to 4 (so Rider) and Niagara by 8-10. i might play Rider, but not sure. already put Fairfield in a ML parlay earlier, so i suppose Rider might be a decent hedge too.
