UNC *FINALLY* Rid of Larry Drew II
After 1 and a half seasons of mediocre to nonexistent production from the point guard position, Drew was benched in favor of Kendall Marshall. In response, Drew, who badmouthed the Wear twins when they transferred to UCLA, has decided to finish his academic and basketball career elsewhere.

Without Drew holding the team back, is UNC now a contender for the ACC?

I don't know if they will be a contender, but I do like his minutes going to Strickland (and more to Marshall). I still worry about UNC because they continue to try to play at a much faster halfcourt pace than the backcourt has the ability to play at (Drew being the worse). This definitely won't hurt UNC unless Marshall or Strickland get injured.

    Good move for UNC.

This was bound to happen. He was a scrub. Bad news as a Duke fan. I always liked the 5 or 6 turnovers he gave away, like clock work
