200: Short Home dogs

in this thread with my 200 dollar bankroll i will be playing short home dogs. short home dogs are dogs +3 or less.. i will play part on the ml and spread... i will also be checking to see what side the public is on using vegas insider... (to start i'll still be playing them anyway) but if after a while we see the public plays are losing we can filter them out) also if any one has any recommendations for a better site to see what the public is on please let me know. thanks guys good luck
