Hi Biff, what's your opinion on detroit total? Don't you think the line is a lil low?

i kind of like the over 137'. i cap it at around 79-68. gonna think about it for a bit, but i may play the over. my concern is that UIC's offensive metrics are all mediocre or bad (94.9 Pom Off, 29.8% 3PT%, 46.2% EFG%, 46.7 2PT%, 24.4 TO%), and the Flames haven't scored 60 in 4 of their last 8 games. we'll need 60+ from them to get the over. that said, their defense is worse (though they've held their last 3 opponents in the 60's). Detroit will be the team that controls the pace, though, and they will definitely want to play up tempo, back at home after having lost 3 of 4 on their road trip. Detroit has gone over 137' each of the last 9 games. i'd say that the over looks good unless UIC completely fails to show up offensively (which is possible), because i think that their run of solid defensive performances ends tonight.
