Lots of people liking this play. Is it because of how poorly Penn State is on the road? Or there delays getting to the venue? These teams play each other pretty tough. Hard to say it will be a tilted score board.......

Penn St. is playing very good right now. In their last 2 road games they lost by 3 against Ohio St. and lost by 1 against Purdue. Penn St. beat Illinois by 2 at home earlier this season so Illinois -8 is too steep for me. I'm gonna take Penn St. and move it to +8.5.Comment -
