So, there are a bunch of touts on Portland today. It doesn't bother me in the least going against a bunch of touts, but I can usually figure out their angle. For example, there were plenty of reasons to like New Mexico today, chiefly their record against BYU from last year and the way they have played Fredette. Personally, I'll weight more recent performance much heavier and BYU and UNM are far apart there.

But, what is the angle with Portland. They have been playing pretty poorly themselves lately, struggling with smaller California schools like San Fran and Santa Clara.

Anyone else like Portland today that might want to convince me?

I like St. Mary's for the same reason I like BYU. They are playing great and are clearly the better team. Coming off a big win isn't always a curse.
