How much things change the past 12 months for the Lobos, last season New Mexico were the darlings of the MW Conference and the National outlook. For starters the Lobos are 2-4 in conference.

I Could be wrong as I have been 24 times this basketball season, but it's crazy to see all the Tout's, Pro's on New Mexico. The Lobos just don't have the talent to UPSET THE #1 TEAM IN THE RPI !

Bottom line there isn't talent to cover Jimmer Fredette, there just isn't. In my opinion the only nice piece New Mexico has is Drew Gooden in the paint, but that will not keep the lobos close today.

BYU being a very mature basketball team has the make-up to make a huge run towards the Final Four this season, being that there are only a handful of really good teams. BYU in there history has never had a team like they do this season. Record wiz yes, but personal no. Brandon Davis taking up space in the paint and Emery and of course Fredette. I feel BYU wins today by 8 to 10 points.

The "Pit" is a tuff home-court advantage, yes I agree ! For the likes of TCU, Air Force and and that type of team. But Today It Will Be The Stage For "The Jimmer"

With all do-respect Harry, Pepperdine plays terrible at home, on the road. There not having a good season at all.

Just looking at stat rankings and the dons are far better in every stat...why only a +1 that scares me away.. Im rooting for you imawinner but sitting on the sidelines on this play still love your picks though...pepperdine goes hot/cold in shooting ...i just would hate to see them come out firing on all cylinders....the dons should be a 4~5 pt fav not 1

I believe the line is very low because of San Francisco overall record which is 11-10 and there road record 3-7. Las Vegas Sports Consultants who set the Opening line use there road record, overall record as major players in setting the opening lines.

San Frans road record is garbage if you just look at it without using more research because like I wrote there non-conference was very hard. All on the road and all loses. This team beat up Gonzaga on the road. Thats very hard winning at Zags.
