Just got this from a WVA supporter
We are in a complete state of disarray.

Our reserve center (who actually started the Marshall game, for some reason) quit the team at halftime of the South Florida game. No shit. No details, except I'm certain that he was pissed over lack of playing time. He's off the team.

Plus, our starting shooting guard and leading scorer -- Casey Mitchell -- has been suspended for failing a piss test. Probably marijuana. Second time this season. He's a head case, but when he's hot there is no better shooter in the country. Two years ago he was the Junior College Player of the Year. It looks like Huggins has completely lost control. No leadership. Players making the same mistakes game after game after game. We need to be 8 or 9 in the Big East to make March Madness and I don't see that happening.
They're at Louisville tomorrow night, no line yet, but I'm betting the farm against them, no matter the number.

Huggins has not lost control of the team.. is it his fault a sophmore gets all pissy because he isnt good enough to get playing time, so he gets up and leaves? no its not.. and its not his fault a kid goes and smokes marijuana.. kids make stupid choices.. huggs shows he hasnt lost control by dismissing jennings from the team after his hissy fit and for suspending casey. They are now left with 8 scholarship players.. Kilicli is a bit banged up as well. The Jennings leaving the team really doesnt affect them much as he never played.. he avereaged 2.1 pts a game in very sparing time.. He started a few games but that wasnt because of him being any good.. I think Kevin Jones, Mazz and Cam will step up in leadership roles along with Johnnie Flowers and this team wont be so bad off. I also expect Dalton Pepper to start making a contribution now.. more playing time may just boost his confidence

Coach Huggins has NOT LOST HIS TEAM. Yes Casey Mitchell left the team, it's best he's not around those kids. He's far from the best shooter when hot in the country, he's an ok player. I believe Kevin Jones and John Flowers are in complete control when needed. Da'Sean Butler is working out on campus and helping out with the young guy's. In my opinion the program is doing just fine, psst because they've lost to there rival Marshall, HC Huggins has ok recruiting class coming in, a few from NYC/New Jersey.

Jabarie Hinds will be the starting PG next yr.. you can bank on that.. his recruiting class next yr although not ranked in the top 20 or so, they are all very solid.

Louisville usually comes to play after embarassing losses and ATS losses in general. They are 4-1 ATS after an ATS loss this year

Not sure if you have seen this kid play but if he is on with his shot he is deadly.. but when hes not on hes ice cold.. he has shown much improvement from last yr though.. much better defensively.. and playing more of a team game... he is moving without the ball trying to create instead of waiting for the play to come to him.. also grabbed 14 rebounds in their last game on Sunday against USF.

Dan Jennings is the reserve center who quit, UL looked at him but didn't offer him a scholarship. He's a big body but not sure he's anything more than that
