Its Izzo. Plain and simple. He wants a team that can run, score, and basically not get compared to Wisconsin all the time. Eventually he'll be forced to admit he does in fact have a slow Big Ten team and they'll start playing defense and rebounding better. Or they'll limp into the tournament and lose in the first round like they did to Nevada a while back. Or end up in the 8/9 game because they finished 6th in the Big Ten.
