KenPom Question for anyone who knows

In the fan match section it says rank on the left...can anyone explain what the rank exactly means and what the thrill score is and also the little percent sign next to the result. greatly appreciate it..i must be missing what the hell this means on his site

I believe it means the games you want to watch/those most entertaining. Usually teams close to the same caliber draw the greatest draw and better teams draw even more

I believe the % pertains to the team his ratings predict to win outright.

And he has stated that he will never explain the exact calculation of the thrill score
