Now that the college football season has come to an end its now time to spend more time analyzing college basketball. I usually, as in NCAA football, attempt to find the best possibly play/plays for that day. Mostly all of my plays are for 1 unit($100.00) which are made through my local bookie. Therefore, if my lines aren't exactly the ones you get thats why because his come out of Vegas. Anyhow, I wish all of you the BOL with your picks and hopefully can gain some confidence in which you can tail a few of my picks. Thanks Again, Big Dave

Fade Alert tonight is Penn St. Last game beat Michigan St. as 6 pt dogs/ won SU against top 25 team.
Illinois is a system play. Just some early thoughts and would welcome more, Big Dave

I do like Texas, however. They proved they handle bad teams when they played Arkansas and they rebound much better along with play better offense/defense.

A system play as its most commonly refered to was used by another poster on here last year and usually does not refelect my plays for any given day however does have some succcess in yielding results.

System A Any top25 team that opens as a favorite against a non top25 team and the nontop25 wins SU automatically fade that team their next game. As in todays case Michigan St. closed as a 6 pt favorite at Penn St. Penn St. win SU therefore fade them to night aginst Illinios. Just a model to use for a decent yield, not quite sure what the %'s were last year on the results of this model. To be fair there are 2 other models to use but cant remeber them for the life of me. I can understand a letdown for a team like College of Charleston after they beat Tenn then got crushed the next game because they have one star player but Texas is loaded with NBA talent players and these guys don't let down.

Texas is 2nd in nation in rebounding at 42.9. They should beat that line by 10-15. They beat Tech the last few times by avg of 13 points.
