It's a grind people. That's why you need to use good money management.

I have made around 2k this past year playing online poker. This has all been made playing 6,11, and a few 22 dollar games. I know that's not a lot of money to some, but considering what I risk per game, it's a pretty good return on investment. I would much rather grind out $2000 than go on tilt and lose a thousand in a week trying to chase or play outside of my bankroll.

Winner has made me significantly more money than he has lost me this season and I appreciate his picks.

The key to making a profit doing this is good money management and patience. Don't chase losses on games you wouldn't otherwise bet on. This is where the Bookies get a ton of people.

It was never 18-8 Dukes biggest lead in the first half was 7. You have a tendency to make things sound better than they are sometimes. An example your record perhaps? I'll second this... I hope my comments weren't construed as a shot toward Winner. It was in no way intended that way. I really appreciate his plays and I bet the same amount on all games, period. this is my first losing day in a couple weeks... they happen! we'll put it behind us and get after it tomorrow! thanks again Winner - keep doing what you do...

That sounded worse than I meant to make it. Just dont understand having a brand new thread every day. Be proud of your picks and let the history be right there for everyone.

I think it's way better creating a new thread each day. That way I'm not sifting through a bunch of pages looking for the latest pick. Especially when there a re a couple plays that day posted at different times. If you question the credibility of his record just llok at his blog of past picks and check the results for yourself.

I don't think there is any cappers that post all their picks in the same thread. You'd end up with a 50 page thread that yo have to check every half hour cause you never know when he's posted a new pick. It would be chaos.

Then one day he posts a pick and by the time you find it between page 47 and 50 the game has already started and it ends up being a winner that you didn't bet then someone like you posts a reply complaining about how all the picks are in the same thread

Im starting to notice this as well. Some people just cant wait to come in and try to knock a person when they make 1 bad call. You dont see them very often but they are there.
Good thing is those of us that are real and actually follow know the truth and dont let that distract you from what your doing.

I've be doing this a very long time, I moved to Las Vegas from NYC so I can really make this my life. College Basketball is the only sport I handicap, I spend thousands so I can recieve all kinds of info about all 346 teams. My Directv bill every month is over $300, when someone says I'm new to this or I'm terrible That really gets to me.

The people out here who know me, specially from the Las Vegas Hilton are greatful for my plays, but I guess you can't make everyone happy.

Guy's I noticed some of you wrote Duke lost last night because there shoots didn't go down last, with no-disrespect to you, thats not why they lost.

Duke lost last night, there shoots weren't hitting because Marylands defense was great. I watched that game for a 2nd time last night and my god Maryland played outstanding defense. If they had some players that could put the ball in the hoop, Maryland wins ! Thats why we lost.

Don't let the few ruin it for the rest of us. I like reading the write-ups! No matter how good your record is, there will always be haters that come out of the woodwork to criticize when things aren't going well (even though 4-4 isn't even bad).

Write-up however you want, I support it
