Who are the motherf*ckers who manipulate a number one way at Pinnacle one second and then crush it down everywhere 90 seconds later? I would like to smash their faces!

Case in point... Pinnacle went up to +16.5 -102 on Centenary when it was -15.5 or -16 most everywhere else...
then very shortly after the number comes crashing down to +13.5.
