IU vs Penn St

As terrible as I think IU is, I think Penn St is close to being that bad.....Neither team has a even close to a good win IMO.... they are both garbage...

IU does have a huge homecourt advantage I believe.... I think people are starting to get a little restless with Crean.... I think none of that matters because the talent on the floor is crap.

Battle for PSU at least avg's 20 a game...Watford for IU is close to that....

I just don't know how they cover unless they are on fire from 3. (or the officials give it to them)

PSU +6.5 until the hoosiers can show me something different.

I'm with ya on this. IU is just terrible this year, even at home it's hard to pick them with that many points. BOL to you!!

Again, I think the only way they cover is the 3 ball. They can hit 3's in Bloomington.... they can't score inside. They don't have anyone to go to..... They are sloppy, and Crean paces the bench like an idiot. I like Crean, don't get me wrong, but his theatrics are a bit much for a team that sucks.

for me, Penn has played just one game(10 point loss to Maine at home) in the past 2 weeks. I think they start cold.

Penn. St. +7 for me. Jeff Brooks will be the difference for Penn. St. If he stays out of foul trouble the Nittany Lions win this SU.

I'm going over on 61 in the 1st half ... IU has to control the tempo though, but I dig it if they make shots and Penn State can contribute in the mid 20s or better.

On the opposite with Indiana. They're tough at home, but what is worrying is that they only have two wins over top-200 teams. Hoosiers dominate the offensive rebounds and should get a lot of second chance points. Indiana only has 2 players avg. double figures, however they have six players avg. more than 7 per game. It's going to come down to benches and I'd slightly favour Indiana just because Billy Oliver and Taran Buie are so inconistent. If Jeff Brooks gets in foul trouble, Indiana will blow this out of the water. If he stays out of foul trouble this game will come down to the wire. 3 games Brooks got in foul trouble, Penn State was blown out by Maryland, Maine and Virginia Tech.

It is far from over- but I told you so.... at least so far. I am sure they will go on a mini run in the 2nd half, but I just can't see them winning this game by 8!
