this idea about following a system, personally for me has been so important in my recent improved capping. It doesn't matter if its JM, another tout, or a random poster on a forum; you will not get the results you want if you aren't disciplined enough to follow said system entirely. That doesn't mean certain systems aren't better/worse than others, but I bet people would be surprised if they could handle the losses and adversity and push through remaining consistent
