Tracking New System (80% in 1st week)

Aussie how manys years is this backtested. I'm thinking if its only 1 year not sufficient enough, what are your thoughts?
Cant argue with record until yesterday but dont know how confident I can be with only 1.5 years and under 80 game sample.

It is hard to back test it, because no one knows the rankings at that time

that said, last year it was great, Kine (system originator) said 2 years ago was around .500 and 3 years ago it did well, those are based on backtesting it as best as we can

The thing that concerns me is it is mainly always the same teams we will be betting on and only be around 40 or so games

last year it went 18-3 on 1 Saturday, besides that was like .500

Sorry for the late reply I been back at work finished my holidays.. My thoughts are that this system totally makes sense to me in every aspect and I trust what the kineproffesor has found from it in last few years although Im not sure of accurate records etc. My only problem with it at the moment is that it could of lost its edge - meaning toward the end of the season that vegas weren't adjusting their lines just because the teams are crap vs crap and they will still were giving the crap home team the extra line advantage because their at home etc. The lines we are seeing somedays now are like FIU +9.5, East Illi +9 and these teams a year ago IMO would have been getting +12.5 etc, so I think they could be trimming down the lines a bit and its costing us those close losses.. I still think by playing it through to the end of the season from now on it will still be 51%+ so I'm willing to give it a crack as it was my plan all year, if I lose a bankroll then shit I gave it a good crack and I have been making money off it all through January too.. As for anyone else willing to give it go its up to them, but theres 2 ways it could go, 1 being vegas could fuk us hard and laugh in our face because they played around with the lines or 2 we have a sneaky little agonising win and long term profit and we say we were right and we stuck it out.. Remember if they keep giving us these crappy lines then the sharps will be onto it and beat vegas anyway so maybe they knew the date that it officially started and trimmed those lines to shake people off or something I dunno

hey interesting stat you have there is that we are betting the same teams all the time sort of a thing.. It wasnt like that last year was it? I dont remember playing a team quite as much all the time last year right?

Auss...Good luck in the future.....stick with the system...you know it works.its worked in the past...early losers are never an indication that future success will be down as well....systems have rolling sucess rates and if they work ...profits will be seen...

thanks for the kind words and I definately agree, we have to look at this thing at least after a week and a half or so to judge it completely ultimately after the season is done
