Does Anyone Like Georgetown Over Temple

i think georgetown wins this game. they've been playing very well this season and i think they can handle temple on the road.

You'd think GTown would win this game easy. They're a top ten team, and Temple has been pretty mediocre for 5-6 years. But the thing is, Temple is slowly getting it together, they've crept up and gotten much better over the last two years.

They played at GTown last year and only lost by 1 point. And it was that close with them shooting less than 50% from the free throw line.
They also beat a top 5 Nova team at home last year. They can compete with some better clubs. (Although KU blew them out by 30)

When I first saw the line I thought GTown all the way, because I'm so used to Temple being pretty weak the past few years. But then recent events came to memory, like the GTown game last season, them beating Maryland last week, the fact they were 29-6 last season, are always tough at home. (Temple only had one home loss last season, and that was to #1 Kansas).

I'll still probably take the Hoyas, if only because Temple didn't look so good in losses to Cal and Texas A&M, but I might talk myself into Temple before tip-off. Which means I should probably stay away, but what would be the fun in that?

GT has a better team, but I do not like betting visitors close to a pick.

Still may take the Hoyas.

I like Temple here, as I think Fernandez has great game to lead them to victory.

THis is a tough game to cap probably wait and see closer to tip off to see line movement to see what to play.

Georgetown is just too talented and they have the clutch type play to come back late in the game if they're down.

Temple is riding too much on defensive reputation and home court toughness
but this year's squad has already shown weaknesses.
Georgetown is undefeated.. and we won't have many opportunities to take
them at a very low line against teams like Temple for long.
gotta hit it.. no doubt Hoyas are the play here.

i love georgetown in this one. i can't understand why they're just -1.5 .
from what i can see they should be a much bigger favorite .
def. is a little weak but their off. should more then make up the differance.
or am i missing something??

i'd like to hear what others have to say about this game too.

have you watched temple this year? They have been overrated so far. They were ranked to begin season and have no business being ranked. Gt will blow them out.

The last couple days, I have seen teams with more talent go on the road: UNC last night and they won big. Two days ago, Purdue went to Evansville and won big. The talent will win out again tonight. I bought a half point to take G-TOWN -1.
