MSU -1.5 vs. Syracuse!?!?

I am a big Syracuse fan, but Michigan St. wins by 6+ tonight. Michigan St. is the much better team right now.
I have watched both teams play at least 3 games this year and anyone who is backing Syracuse be careful.
Doesn't matter that they are playing at MSG, b/c Michigan St. will rise to the occasion. GL tonight everyone!

yeah they have both played soft schedules and not bashing either team. when both schedules suck you can't rely on how good a team is just by that. I have to go with the dog here because honestly if i was going play this game i would lean that way. i just see people saying cuse sucks, but yet 8-0 and no real problems even though there schedule is soft. this makes no sense, a lot of people said they suck last year when they lost that first game or preseason game or whatever it was to joeblow u, and they turn out to be a great team. they could get manhandled in this game, but i do see it. i am not touching this game, but i hope people just do go crazy betting msu because i honestly believe cuse wins this game

Syracuse is gonna be tough to beat in the Garden. MSU is probably the better team, but this is a pick em game. No need to pound either side here.

Draymond Green will be the key for MSU, with the zone he will be playing a lot of point forward. I think he will be the key player for MSU tonight, and thats a good thing for MSU.

Oh Cuse's schedule is soft to be sure (not a single non-conference game outside of New York or New Jersey), but nobody ever said they are unathletic. In fact, athleticism is the only thing they have going for them.

It is absolutely shameful how poorly MSU defended. Cuse is in reality extremely easy to beat: all you have to do is zone them and force them to take the jump shots they are so freaking terrible at shooting. How do you let a team that shoots that badly from outside score so much in the paint. Then when Cuse is in the 1-and-1 they foul Triche and Jardine in the back court instead of fouling Rick Jackson whose like a 10% free throw shooter.

For all his huffing and puffing, this loss, once again, falls entirely on Izzo. He got out-coached, plain and simple. What's worse, he got out-coached by a guy who hasn't changed his coaching philosophy since practically before Izzo was born. What do UNC (3 in a row), Ohio State (3 in a row), Duke, Texas, and now Cuse, all have in common? They're all teams Izzo tried and failed to beat in a track meet. We get it, Tom, you don't like the stigma of being associated with the slow Big Ten, but maybe you should coach to the style your team can play rather than constantly worry about being compared to Wisconsin.
