    Kentucky +1... are you serious?
I have no idea why UNC is favored here. They are just playing really bad. They are pretty much the same team as last year. Kentucky has a young team, but so does UNC. Roy Williams and the Tarheels have a lot of problems. I like UK to win big here with their better team and better athletes.

Portland @ a neutral site doesn't compare to @UNC.. This is a trap don't fall for it UNC wins in a close game

Not a trap. UK takes this.

UNC is not good. UK is. They have more talent, and 5 consecutive 30 win season head coach. no chance they lose to this crappy UNC squad.

You can call it a neutral site but that is shortsided. The game was played in the city of Portland, and UK traveled about 2500 miles compared to Portlands 5.

The reason I call it a neutral site is because there were about 30 or 40% UK fans..

Gators is right in this case, UNC will win this game in close game. Reasons why?
                              1. Everyone is down on UNC because well they have played like shit thus far this season. This has caused everyone to jump off the UNC bandwagon.
                              2. Kentucky gets at least 3 of Top 10 recruits every year, this is no secret and because of it, their lines are now inflated more then they should be, their talent is incredible but they don't always play together, because when push comes to shove, the great players selfish nature takes over. When you have to many stars that need the ball to be good, and not enough roll players to do the dirty work, like rebound and play tough D, things don't always go as they should.
3.Chapel Hill is going to be absolutely Bananas today, the place will be rocking giving home team that little bit of extra energy and leading to those couple key turnovers for Kentucky that will change the game.
                              4. Don't overlook the time of the game, these early early starts are never easy on the team that traveled, we tend to underestimate the comforts of home, your own bed and a good meal.

Conclusion the game will be close throughout, and will come down to one big run either made or not made by UNC... What I mean by this is at some point UNC is going to start to make run you will see 3 4 and even 5 concecutive made shots in a very short period of time. What will determine the outcome is if Kentucky has the ability to knock down the big shot, say a big 3 or and and 1 fast break, that will help them stay close during this run. My money is that on the road in hostile enviorment that they will not they will tense of and miss the big shot, which will lead to UNC pulling away for good.
Hope I was able to help, good luck everyone.
