guys for some reason i like Boise st tonight! i just dont want to get caught up in them. i loved them every week since i started watching them and its cost me a couple times... i might put a little on them first half too. im a little shy about the 1st quarter... Utah has one hell of a bowl record that cant be denied. but if Boise covers the 1h im taking them 2h for sure. if they can get up they will try to put on a show to make a statement! i think they are pissed to be playing so early in the Bowl season

Harlee how about this... i have to be from over here in dville all the way up to the other side of the toll on Ga-400 by 9:00 tomorrow morning.... i think that means i hit 5 traffic jams ( at least ) before i get there for part 2 of the interview... i think i have to leave my house by 6 just to pull it off

Traffic is real light in the morning right now Shaggy. Lot of people on vacation. Dont sweat it, but better early than late. What kind of work you looking for Shaggy? I might be able to steer you in a direction.

If you get the job, that is something you have to think about though.

im looking for something in marketing/sales... but not so much the new Sales jobs but an old school sales job where you have to entertain clients. and any form of marketing. i mean thats what i went to school for. actually have major in marketing minor in real estate and a certificate of sales... so i got something for my 7 years in college.

but i just want a social job where im meeting people and not making too many calls.

and trust me ive thought about the drive. im just going to get through all this legal stuff and move to wherever i have a career at... dville is not the place for me. and i figure with a decent job ill be moving in about 4 to 6 months.

So, based on what I've been reading here, and elsewhere, I tried a new strategy tonight. I picked 3 favorite ML winners I thought were a lock, and bet them in a parlay with a close line.

I can't find the exacts, but here it is/was
Louisville ML (around -460)
Temple ML (around -400)
Butler ML (around -450)
and the side I was really trying to bet
UMass vs UCF -3.5

it will pay +228 if I can get the final leg of Butler to come through.

So instead of getting -110 on the Umass vs. UCF, I'm getting +228, as long as the heavy favorites come through.

Does anyone have any thoughts on a strategy like this? I'm basically trading risk on some fairly sized favorites for 2x payout on a side. Am I heading for trouble here?

I'm thinking of giving this a shot on a few more things, especially if Butler hangs on for me.
