Why are they pk with the #5 team in the nation? Ksu has beaten 2 ranked teams, with their only loss to Duke. Wash has beaten nobody really. Its in Wash St.

KSU yet to play a true road game but WSU hasn't really faced the same kind of competition KSU has. Thompson is a great player for WSU but my lean is with the battle-tested team despite not playing on the road.Comment -
I've been trying to figure it out. Looking at several different things, Wash St is far superior at FG %, and Points Against, with opponents averaging only 55 pts against them. I am sure the poor competition Wash St has played is factoring into the numbers, skewing them a bit though.. KSU playing the way they have this season against tougher opponents looks like a steal as a pk, but I very well may lay off. I don't like the numbers I am seeing at the moment. That may change by tomorrow.Comment -
I'm a WSU fan and their team looks exactly like last year's team. Last year they were 10-2 pre-conference with a very healthy FG% (the two losses were back-to-back at Kansas St. and Gonzaga) before shooting much worse and going 6-12 in conference play. They're a year older and wiser now but KSU looks much tougher and, after a 17 point loss at KSU last year, I don't think the home court will make that much of a difference. I'm on KSU large.Comment -
I'm not sold on WSU yet. Tough teams usually wins but doesn't cover. In this case they will cover with a win so gimme KSU in a squeaker.Comment -
I was surprised to see Kansas St wasn't favorite, too, so of course I immediately put a small play in on WSU.
I might overlap it with a play on the Wildcats tomorrow.
