    Missouri -6.5
Is it just me or is Missouri -6.5 look to good to be true? Oregon already lost to San Jose St. this year. Reason I'm asking is I don't see anybody in this forum talking about that match up. Thoughts???

i want to un,load my entire balance on missouri, oregon is worst "BCS" school in the country. usually when it looks too good to be true it is. i will stay away but yes they might win by 30.

They beat Oregon last year by 37 points... but the game was played in Missouri.... the only angle I can see that favors Oregon is that this is the 4th road game in 10 days for Missouri... I dunno I could see Oregon keeping it close in the first half but getting blown out in the 2nd half.... I think Missouri wins by at least 12

One thing I did notice is that Missouri was horrible on the road last year... they only won 4 road games all last year... only 2 of those wins were by more then 5 points... against weak teams Colorado & Nebraska....

this is one of those games where the line looks lower than it should be...some cases thats good and some it's bad...in this scenerio I think Mizz will thrash, b/c defense doesn't take days off. They are coming off a tough loss and will be ready to get back to business...mizz by 15+

Missouri has traveled a lot the past 10 days or so, they struggled on the road last year, they are coming off a heartbreaking loss and might not be totally focused on Oregon...

But let's be real, no way this game is under 6 points. Oregon is awful, the talent difference alone will result in a 15+ point win. This line reminds me a little of when Kentucky was a 5.5 point favorite at Portland this year, and then they went on to win by 30. Mizzou rolls tonight despite the low line.

FYI--last game wasnt a real "road game" they were in KC which is like 2 hrs from columbia.

The only reason I can figure the line to be so low is that they are traveling half way across the country after an ot game. With the style of play of mizzou, i cant really see that being much of a problem. Typically they play 10 guys.

But I also thought fla was a good bet last night.

gonna take the bait....MIZ-ZOU by 10+

Historically Mizzou is a horrible road team... look at these trends...

Tigers are 3-8 ATS in their last 11 games as a road favorite of 0.5-6.5.

Tigers are 13-28 ATS in their last 41 road games.

Looking back over the last decade they rarely win road games by more then 4 points.

The past is the past but it seems like some of these programs never change... but still if Oregon is losing to San Jose St. and barely beating Cal. St. Bakersfield by 2 points... you know this team isn't ready to play top notch competition... Duke beat them by 27 points... I know Mizzou isn't Duke but you'd image they'd be able to win by at least 9 points tonight...

I really like Mizzou tonight, I'm on them for 3 units. I just can't see a toothless Oregon squad putting up much of a fight, even if they are at home.

Not saying Oregon is worth a damn, but Mizzou's defense is awful. I mean awful. Their offense thrives off turnovers and believe it or not, Oregon takes good care of the basketball. Only 11 turnovers to a Duke team that really causes teams to turn the ball over. Also the Tigers love to foul because they are out of position and play bad defense and because they play physical and try to make opponents commit turnovers. Oregon gets to the line quite well this year and scores almost a 4th of their points from the line. Could be closer than some think, but just some food for thought. Good luck on whatever you choose.
Sorry misquoted point distribution as a 3rd for Oregon earlier, but it is actually a 4th. That's not near as relevant as I thought before. My math is off tonight.

Fastest 40 Minutes in Basketball is Mizzou. Very good press and better talent than Oregon, will result in Mizzou covering-imo. BOL with your plays, I'm on Mizzou.

oregon has always been tough place for teams so you will get a little better spread there. Miss should win easily tonight though.

Zou wins by 20, travel hasn't been that bad. 2 games in Cancun and one in KC, not as much travel as 4 road games implies. Oregon is not a good team.
