Better value Rider -8.5 or St Pete +10.5?

Only doing one bet a day in college bball and so far I like these two games. But which is the better bet?

I don't like that St. Peter's game at all. I really like Seton Hall in that one, even to cover spread.

Id rather take a better team at home than a worse team on the road when taking the spread, so id prolly lean Rider, but i think FIU +10 is a much better bet.
