Too early in the season. ACC v. Pac 10. Pac 10 obviously much weaker than the ACC, but Washington is the class of the Pac 10 whereas Virginia is near the bottom of the ACC. My pick is Washington.

Tony Bennett, former coach of the Washington State Cougs, always played close matches with Washington. He knows how to slow these guys down even with inferior talent. Look for a low-scoring halfcourt style game.

I'd stay away from the spread altogether and go under 144.
