I really don't think Kentucky should have a problem with Portland. Terrence Jones big game in front of the home crowd.
I'd also sweeten the pot with Illinois vs. Maryland. Maryland a decent team, but they're not Texas, and this is a *MUST WIN* for Illinois.

minnesota is a sleeper, and portland guaranteed a victory over a young inexperienced kentucky team, id rather bet 1 game with the line than take a chance and parlay

I'm on Portland to cover and they could definitely win outright. Games in Portland. Portland has an experienced team that can shoot the lights out. Kentucky is young, lacking depth, and traveled cross country. Kentucky probably wins but not a lock by any means.
UNC is definitely not a safe play. Minnesota is a very talented and under the radar team. They have size and experience. Playing back-to-back games, this game could go either way. It will depend on who's conditioned better this early in the season.
I wouldn't risk $300 of my roll on this parlay, but if you can afford that kind of a hit, go for it. The only safe bet in this parlay in my opinion is that you will be sweating it out. BOL

Seems pretty solid to me. I might go with the same.
