There's definitely a lot more teams and a lot more room for bookmakers to make mistakes on lines so it probably is easier.

Just my opinion of course...I find it easier to win an NFL bet vs a college bet...it's reverse for bball for me- we all have our niches

Personally, I liked Texas the most last night. I prefer teams who are deep, athletic, and like to run/jump/dunk their way to 30+ point wins. Teams like Texas, North Carolina, Ohio State, and Kentucky may have recruiting coordinators masquerading as head coaches, but when you score a lot from layups, dunks, and free throws it allows you to score a lot and get the opponents' starters in foul trouble so they aren't around to backdoor-cover at the end.

That being said, once conference play rolls around, there's no Under low enough not to seriously consider. Jay Bilas from ESPN once said College Basketball is the only sport where offense wins championships, and he's right. The fact that your average D-I basketball player can't hit a wide open jumpshot more than 35% of the time is really all the defense a team full of one-and-dones needs.
