Fantasy College Basketball?

Is there a way to implement this ? I would love to see if someone could somehow make a league. I would love to get a brain storm of this going.

I searched the web briefly and it looks as if there used to be a couple sites that had Fantasy CBB at one point...but I think they were all shutdown due to licensing issues....
