wouldnt take the celtics.. Its been said Doc Rivers will be playing alot of his bench players today and giving them quality minutes because they believe he is making the "Big 3" work to hard and play to many minutes

jeffries,
I respect your opinion for sure. I hadn't read that comment but I can't imagine Rivers will test the waters tonight in sitting the Big 3 out in extended minutes, not with a 3-game losing streak staring him in the face.
Rest or not, I'm concerned about the Celts recent performances against Washington. I think they bounce back tonight but.......

Kevin Garnett, Paul Pierce and Ray Allen have been playing to heavy of minutes.. I still expect to see all 3 of themm play heavy minutes, but just not the entire game as Doc Rivers has been having these 3 do over the last few games.. Media reports say Glen Davis, Brian Scalabrine and even Scott Pollard lmao will get extended playing time

Boston is at home playing a West Coast team. Motivation will be there as well.

I just can't think they will accept having a 2 game losing streak at home and 3 game losing streak overall...I did go on the Celtics web site and Doc Rivers said after the last loss about shortening practices but nothing about cutting back minutes...of course if they take care of business early, they can rest the big 3 all they want at the end.
