MSU is +13 in points this tournament. They are incredibly lucky to have 4 wins, Butler is +31 while beating Syracuse and Kstate.

Finally, MSU is shooting 40.5% from 3 pt range this tournament. That will not continue. If MSU shoots an average 6-18 tonight they will lose by 10+. They need the 3 to go in at a high rate and that wont be happening against this defense.

I also think the Izzo factor is overplayed. If MSU wins it won't be because Izzo is the coach. He is a great coach with a proven record but you can say the same about plenty of coaches who aren't playing tonight.

if i helped one person jump on Butler today i can sleep happy tonight. this was such an ez call. Butler missed a ton of open 3's and still covered cause MSU turns it over and i knew it.........their only hope was the 3pt shot and they couldnt get a good look to save their lives
