I'm interested in the reason as I was thinking they have this one pretty close.

I was thinking the same thing until the public was generous and gave me an additional 3 points. Ill explain in a few.

These two teams have played to the UNDER in 22 of 27 non-Conference games this season. North Carolina has played to the UNDER in 20 or their last 27. Dayton has played to OVER in 5 of their last 7 games but the totals in those games averaged 127.5 which is more than 10 points less than tonights game total (117.5, 127.5, 129.5, 131 and 133.5). These two teams do not know each other that well and thus should lead to a slow start in the scoring department in this game. North Carolina plays an up tempo style but they rank in the middle to back of the pack in all offensive categories. Both teams are mediocre from the charity stripe which only helps the UNDER. I also like the fact that since the line opened, the OVER has had at least 80% of the public wagers. Interesting enough the total at the MGM Mirage has barely moved and is currently sitting at 137, -120.

I could write 2 pages supporting the UNDER here and this is more than i have written in months..but decided to post a write up due to the heavy public perception of the OVER tonight. My total range for this game is 127-132, if they reach the 130 mark i would be suprised.

If you dont like totals i would lean to the Heels tonight but with the side bought to +4. I dont like the Heels winning SU, I would only play them no less than @ +4. BOL

The last 13 games posting a 12-1 record have all been strong plays including tonights play, YES you are correct.

Even better the OVER is the square play.

Unreal to me the public has pushed this total over the 140 mark. Most touts must be sending out the over plays. Boy are they are on the wrong side of this game.
