Duke is the only #1 seed left, will they win tomorrow?

I am forced to root for them for bracket purposes. If Duke wins and then WVA beats Duke in semis, I may be golden.

That aside and looking from a betting perspective, my line for tomorrow is Duke -4.5, so I am most likely passing unless I find a first half play or something. Yes, I do think they will win SU.
