With that being said, though, I have to ask: with a mid-major media darling like Butler this close to making the Final Four in their hometown (talk about a perfect storm) and crazy Frank Martin on the KSU sidelines, how will this game be officiated? Fairly? We shall see. Just makes me wonder.

If it's officiated like their game against Syracuse they have a very good chance. Butler is a scrappy team that grabs and shoves on defense. Of course I'm biased as a Cuse fan but they seem to get away with their style. I don't mind it really, hate touch fouls constantly being called. Reffins has been very inconsistent so it could go either way. K State has a lot of bigs that could foul out Howard in no time.

Also if Cuse' didn't turn the ball over so much they would have easily won by DD.

Agreed if Cuse had some guards they would have closed Butler out with under 4 mins left and a 4 point lead!

No doubt Cuse gave that game away with stupid turnovers. KState has more quality bigs and better guards. They should win this.

Gotta say about the 4 point lead with under 4 left when Cuse turned it over under the basket, didn't it looked like the Butler player who saved it clearly stepped out of bounds or just my homer eyes?

Yeah as long as they call it even on both sides, should be alright. Only thing that worries me with KState is their bigs seem to have trouble when they get the ball downlow and have to backdown without a clear lane to the basket. Haven't watched too many of their games so could be wrong. Just think back to Kansas when them seemed clueless when they got it downlow. Either way I'm on KState.

                    Should've followed my own advice.

Just had a feeling this might happen. Still a half to go, but all the stars seem to be aligned.
