Duke will win, by how many ? There playin real good at this time. There alot bigger than Purdue, the line is A little high. The ML is also sky high, me, I'm stayin away. But I'll tell you Duke will win.

We all have bad habits brother. Mine unfortunately is the parlay. Can't tell you how many half units I've lost due to lack of discipline. I got in on Baylor before tip, only wish I went much larger. Hopefully we can relax & ride this play out the rest of the night. Already looking at K-St tomorrow, they are so deep & are used to running because that's how they always play. Not gonna touch the Kentucky game, just gonna ride my WVU future and hope for the best. Can't wait for that game!

What's up brother, were up by 30 with 8 minutes to go. I wish all of them were this easy. Speaking of the parley, I never played one in my life. Every year I go to the handicapping semiar in Vegas, the Vegas Insider handicapping semiar. The one item they tell you if want to be A pro or A special person capping games is to stay away from parley's and buying point's. I'll tell you Hooker, I don't alway's do it (buy point's) but as lucky as sometimes I am, I never got caught buyimg point's. I know one day I will but what the hell. I'm also studying right now for saturday.

It's A great weekend in vegas. I've been going for the past four year's, last year it was held at the Red Rock Resort and Casino. Semiar is free, the cost for the Hotel is around four hundred dollars plus air fair. It's great.

I'm very new at this, & I'm sure that most novices will agree that the parlay payout is the carrot that the books dangle in front of your face. In the beginning that pot of gold looks so easy that you roll the dice & think you've done the good thing. In the long run it cost you more than you could have imagined. Unfortunately, I've learned the hard way. I feel that I know all sports (minus hockey) very well. In the beginning that makes you feel that you won't lose. Capping however, is a totally different game. These are the lessons that I've learned over the past few months & have made me eager to learn more. A lot of early success in the NFL gave me an inflated sense of confidence in this game. That will not happen again. I will look into the seminar that you are talking about & sorry to change the thread topic. Just always trying to learn.

No need to say your sorry. You sound like A gentleman, respectful and that's cool. You being A novice tell's me one thing, I'll bet I'm older than you. LOL. At the age of 45, Hooker I'll tell you this, one serious lesson. If you take this sport's wagering as A hobby, BIG TROUBLE. Unless your rich, it will take that much longer to go thru-your fund's. But you will. Being new to this as you say, learn as much as possible. It's not all knowledge of team's, in my opinion controling your money is the number item you must look after. Money Mgmnt. very important. Just be careful. Like I said, you sound like A gentleman, just be careful. Good luck buddy.

Thanks man, not that young (33) just new to wagering. And as far as being respectful I'm a southern gentelman & that's how we get down. The disrepect shown on some of these threads blows my mind, especially when we all share the same goal. Money management is the most important thing that I want to learn. I've heard from some that you should trust all of your play equally and thus play them the same. I've also heard to take your shot when you feel very strong. Just trying to figure out how to differentiate between the good play & very strong feeling
