KY/Cornell Under 147.5

I have a 2-team tease with:

Cornell @ Kentucky Over 142.5
Appalachian State PK

It will probably end up that I didn't have to tease either one, but it's only for points so why not buy the insurance...

Don't you think the fact that 70% are on the over and the line has hardly moved at all on most sights is significant at all? I'm taking this as the books are reluctant to raise this number and want the public to pound that over. Kentucky gives up like 38% shooting from the 3point line this year, and Cornell certainly isn't scoring inside much...this tells me the possessions go deep into the shot clock and tough scoring for Cornell. Under 147 for me is the play.
