Kansas loss wakes up Kansas State, which should be ready to roll against Xavier. K State was certainly one of the top teams in the country during the season. Xavier barely beat a Pitt team, who had some big wins, but never really got anything flowing all season. McGhee was never really a big man, and with the exceptions of Gibbs, the guards were athletic but unreliable. Beating Minnesota and Pittsburgh doesn't really impress me, I'm actually more impressed by K State's win over BYU. Only down side is I hate teams that wear purple because they fukk me 100% of the time.

    Go Wildcats.

I wouldn't put much stock in the Pitt victory... they were not really that good of a team... that being said, I hope Xavier can hang because I love watching J Craw

too much offense for k state to fall behind in this one. jamar had a bad came last outing so he should bounce back imo.
          -5 it is

this shit cracks me up, basically everyone who likes xavier is screaming ppl dont give them enough respect....i put them right here in my bracket so i feel i gave them just enough respect....bottom line is k-st is a better team already dismantled xavier once this year and they didnt even play that well(yes it was at home and much earlier in the year) k-st is to physical and there defense will cause problems for anyone, this isnt knocking xavier this is giving respect to one of the best teams in this tourney

Also Northern Iowa is as solid as they come on the defensive side and have experience so that wasn't really that big of an upset as people think. Finally Kansas St already pumped X by 15 earlier in the season and I see no reason why it would be any different in this spot, granted its on a neutral court, but that's only good for a few points and still feel they win this one by double digits.
Good luck ice, but I have to disagree with your big 30U game. If you look at the stats of the last game they played on Dec 8th Xavier only shot 29% from the Field and went 8 min without a FG as well. That is not going happen tonight. If Xavier shoots better like they have all season at 47%. By the Way KS shoots 45% for the season and Xavier is a better 3 pt shooting team as well. They will make this game a very close game and pull it off at the end. The last game was played a KS as well.
              Xavier ML is the play

K-State is in a rookie spot here Xavier has been here before
The points are a gift and ML is the Play

K State is scared shit to play Xavier, they just lack toughness also and have choke in them. I will take xavier for the limit please.

Lets avoid the book. I got 20 points on K state here against JJ. No need for silly points among men. ML I take k-state. You on the other side of me JJ?

Edit: Guess the offer was up long enough.

Just listen to the interview with Loshak and Doc from Legends.

This guy runs Legends and he says they expect to take a bath because all the "sharps" took Kansas State .. and "Xavier doesn't have a prayer in the world"..

Hilarious. K-State lacks toughness...and is scared. pfff. we haven't been watching the same team all year. The only team that had K-State's number is KU and that is so deeply rooted psychologically.

                          K-State rolls.

Thats some healthy discussion. Xavier is 7-3 ATS / KState is also 7-3 ATS. Both teams covered on the way in to this game. F&%$ It, I am going with the over

One more thing I want to add. Xavier's head coach is from the Xavier system hired in house. I get Xavier has been 3 years in a row, but this is a rookie head coach in the tournament as a head coach. Frank Martin actually had the CATS in a few years ago and they played a heck of a first round game against USC when OJ Mayo played there. -5 makes me nervous. If it can get back down to -4.5 I will probably go Cats or nothing. I would be shocked if Frank did not have them fired up right now for this game.

Also, on a side note. I want to see more people hammer that Butler line down. I think Cuse rolls.

Finally, why is everyone on Washington. A team loses there point guard who wasn't even playing as many minutes as the back up and everyone is all over Washington. What am I missing. W. virginia has been good all year and has other players that make an impact.

I like Washingtons run, but how many of those teams were crappy pac 10 teams with losing records. Oh, did anyone see Cal get rolled by Duke. Washington shouldn't have made it by Marquette and New Mexico was overrated and a very rookie/young squad..

I cashed in on Kansas State -3 last night vs Xavier.

It was a game that could have went either way.
